HiFi have a range of modern slitting machines to convert to specific reel dimensions within the most demanding tolerances. Our policy of continual investment ensures that we have the latest equipment to handle even the most demanding of films.

Our six slitting machines include four Kampf Conslit's, two of which are the latest Conslit II machines that have automatic knife set-up to improve both accuracy and efficiency of production. We also have two specialised machines capable of slitting narrow width and wide rolls up to 2200mm.

Core sizes of 76mm, 150mm and 152mm
